CHILDREN

Starting October 2nd, join us for gymnastics class, every Wednesday from 5:30-6:30pm. Ages 5-12.

ADULTS

Cardio-Pilates:

Starting Sept 9th, join us for a fat-burning, stomach flattening workout on Mondays and Wednesdays from 7-8pm. For all levels, from beginners to pros.

Drop-ins are welcome!

Ladies Only Cardio-Pilates:

Starting Sept 11th, join us for a fat-burning, stomach flattening workout on Mondays and Wednesdays from 10-11pm. For all levels, from beginners to pros. Ladies only!

Yoga:

Join us for yoga, every Thursday from 7-8pm. This is class is for anyone who wants to stretch and learn basic yoga postures, ending with relaxation.

To register for any programs at Carlisle Community League you will need to have a valid community league membership (any community league in Edmonton).

If you know a great instructor and want to suggest a new  program for our community league members, please, contact us via email.
