Starting Oct 4th, Tuesdays & Thursdays at 7:30-8:30pm

THERE ARE A LOT OF WAYS TO STAY ACTIVE. SOME ARE JUST MORE FUN. JOIN THE ULTIMATE DANCE-FITNESS PARTY THAT BEATS A BORING OLD WORKOUT ANY DAY.

Join us for a Latin inspired, easy-to-follow, calorie- burning, fitness party class with your certified Zumba instructor Catherine.

Yoga:

Join us for yoga, starting Oct 5th Wednesdays from 7-8pm. This is class is for anyone who wants to stretch and learn basic yoga postures, ending with relaxation.

Beginners and drop-ins are welcome!
